Our 30-Day Return Promise
We want you and your pet to love every order. If something is not right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
What Can Be Returned
- Items in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Defective or damaged items (we will cover these, always)
- Wrong item received
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened food, treats, or consumables (for pet safety)
- Used grooming tools and hygiene items
- Items marked final sale
How to Start a Return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number.
- Choose “Problem with my package” as the reason.
- We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
